The State of Florida is warning people about Hurricane Irma scams.
The Division of Investigative and Forensic Services says be suspicious if a contractor demands cash or full payment, has no physical address or I.D., asks you to sign something you haven't reviewed and wants financial information to start the repair or lending process.
