Triage & Training (Claims EDI)


The Division's EDI Team has expanded their efforts to assist Trading Partners with successfully submitting claims transactions by creating the Triage and Training Team. This team offers training on a wide variety of issues relating to Claims EDI. The team is also available to partner with claim administrators in an effort to help minimize rejections and improve the quality of data submitted.

The goals of the Triage and Training Team are:

  • To offer training on a wide variety of issues relating to Claims EDI.
  • To assist claim administrators with problematic areas identified by reviewing rejected transactions in the Claims EDI Data Warehouse, Top 10 Reject Errors (as identified on the Report Card) and claims listed on the Missing SA Report.

The Triage and Training Team is available for training as listed below:

  • Teleconferences
  • Webinars
  • On-site visits (claim administrator’s site or at the Division)
