Clicking on this link takes the user to the first of four sequential input pages used to enter new grant disbursement information.

Clicking on this link takes the user to the first of five sequential input pages used to enter new grant award information.

Clicking on this link takes the user to the "Main Search" page to query FACTS for completed and published agency contracts/grant disbursement/grant awards. User can also search for purchase orders. Once the contract/grant disbursement/grant award is found the contract/grant disbursement/grant award(s) information can be reviewed, downloaded or edited for republishing. Once purchase order(s) is found the purchase order information can be reviewed and downloaded but not edited.  

Clicking on this link takes the user to the "View Unfinished Contract/Grant Disbursement Entries" page that lists unfinished and unpublished agency contracts/grant disbursement agreements. In order for a contract/grant disbursement agreement to be listed on this page at least the contract/grant disbursement agreement Information required on the first online input page must have been saved in FACTS by clicking the "Next" button, without any error messages at the bottom of the page, or the "Main" record of the agency contract/grant disbursement information batch upload file must have been loaded to FACTS successfully.

Clicking on this link takes the user to the “View Unfinished Grant Entries” page that lists unfinished and unpublished agency grant awards. In order for a grant award to be listed on this page at least the grant award Information required on the first online input page must have been saved in FACTS by clicking the "Next" button, without any error messages at the bottom of the page, or the "Main" record of the grant award information batch upload file must have been loaded to FACTS successfully.

Clicking this link takes the user to the "Upload Contract/Grant Disbursement Info" page area that provides for browsing for the agency contract/grant disbursement information batch upload file and uploading the file for nightly batch processing.

Clicking on this link takes the user to the "View Confidential/Exempt Contract/Grant Disbursement" page that lists finished but not published to FACTS public website agency contracts/grant disbursement agreements.

Clicking on this link takes the user to the "View Deleted Contract Grant Awards" page that lists finished agency contracts with the contract type of "Grant Award" that were systematically marked "Deleted" in FACTS during the Grant Award module row-out. Contracts found on this page can be reviewed, downloaded or edited to select another contract type and re-activated by selecting "Active" for contact status.

Clicking on this link takes the user to the "View POs with Missing Method of Procurement" page that lists published agency purchase orders with missing method of procurement information. Cannot edit the purchase orders in FACTS. The agency must make correction in the purchase order originating system (i.e. MFMP) that corrects the information in FACTS.

Clicking on this link takes the user to the "View Documents" page that lists agency document images recorded in FACTS for contracts/grant disbursement agreements/grant awards/purchase orders. Currently FACTS is not accepting document images for purchase orders.
