CFO Patronis Legislative Update for March 20, 2023

Senate Bill 1002 – Motor Vehicle Glass (Senator Stewart) – This legislation states that consumers shouldn’t be induced into making insurance claims, should know their windshield needs to be replaced properly, and that their benefits should remain theirs.

• Senate Bill 1002 was reported favorable in the Senate Commerce and Tourism Committee today.
