The Florida PALM implementation timeline has extended to July 2026.

What Changes For Agencies:

  • The go-live date for the Financials Wave, Payroll Wave, and Data Warehouse Implementation is moving from January 2026 to July 2026.
  • Interface Testing will begin in August 2025 and is extending by a month.
  • User Acceptance Testing will start in August 2025 and continue through May 2026 (an additional two months).
  • Readiness Workplan tasks will be updated to align with the new timeline.
  • Mock Conversions activities will be moving.

What Stays The Same For Agencies:

  • Need for support from across the agency.
  • Financials Wave, Payroll Wave, and Data Warehouse Implementation going live together.
  • Designs of the Florida PALM system.
  • Pace for completing agency business system build and remediation, Readiness tasks, and agency preparation for transition.
  • Criticality of data cleansing, conversion preparation, and configuration review.
  • Work to understand the impacts of Florida PALM to your agency business processes.
  • End-to-End interface testing occurring concurrently with UAT.
  • Responsibility for training on agency-specific processes.
