• Additional time for interface testing, now extending to September 2026.
• User Acceptance Testing will start in February 2026 and continue through October 2026.
• Readiness Workplan tasks will be updated in January 2026 to align with the new timeline.
• An additional Dry Run will support agency ongoing data cleansing efforts.
• Agency Readiness Certification and Stage Gate milestones will be moving.

What Stays The Same For Agencies:

• The need for support from across and within the agency.
• Financials Wave, Payroll Wave, and Data Warehouse Implementation going live together.
• Designs of the Florida PALM system will remain the same.
• The pace for completing agency business system build and remediation, Readiness tasks, and agency preparation for transition.
• The criticality of data cleansing, conversion preparation, and configuration review.
• The work to understand the impacts of Florida PALM to your agency business processes.
• End-to-End interface testing occurring concurrently with UAT.
• The responsibility for training on agency-specific processes.
