This page provides resources for agencies in using Smartsheet. Smartsheet is a cloud-based platform that allows users to create, manage, and share content using a spreadsheet-like interface. The Project uses the platform to create a collaborative workspace between agencies and the Project team. 

Each agency has an Inventory Workbook within Smartsheet. This is a unique workbook created for each agency that contains agency-specific information that will help them, and the Project, better understand their needs to have a successful transition from FLAIR to Florida PALM. 

Sheets shared by the Project team to agencies may be public (i.e., available to whomever has the link) or protected (i.e., only accessible to those with proper credentials). Protected sheets are only available to those who are appointed by their agency. If you are an agency team member and would like to request access, contact your Agency Liaison.
