$25,000 Florida Fraud Fighter Reward Program

The Florida Anti-fraud Reward Program was established in 1999 to encourage and reward qualified individuals who report information on suspected insurance fraud that leads to an eligible fraud arrest.

Our fraud detectives need your information on suspected fraud in your area and if your tip leads to the arrest of a fraudster, you could be eligible for up to $25,000 in rewards based on the alleged value of the fraudulent scheme.

If you suspect fraud taking place in your community, submit a report to the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) via Florida Scam Stoppers and you could be eligible to receive a substantial Florida Fraud Fighter reward.

Note: DFS will determine reward eligibility in accordance with state statute and department rules.
