Fletcher Building Employees:
Please be advised, beginning on Monday, September 18th, the Fletcher building Basement Main Entrance, as well as the Loading Dock Entrance will be locked and secure 24/7. All employees must display and swipe their ID badge to access the building.
All Visitors/Couriers must use the intercom system to communicate with the building receptionist team for access to the building.

Fletcher Building Employees:
Over the next several weeks, Sonitrol will be onsite to make several safety/security enhancements to the basement level of the Fletcher Building.
Once complete, the enhancements will include:
- Securing (24/7) the Basement Main Entrance, as well the Loading Dock Entrance
- Adding badge reader and intercom system to the doors leading into the building from the Loading Dock
- Adding badge reader to the north stairwell entrance door (basement level only)
Once the building’s exterior entrances are secured 24/7, all visitors and couriers will be instructed to use the intercom system to communicate with the building receptionist team.
Building security, and general safety practices, are everyone’s responsibilities. Please see the attached document for reminders regarding best practices and requirements for DFS and OFR employees.
