House Bill 221 – Sales of Firearms and Ammunitions (Representative Snyder) – This legislation will prohibit credit card companies from giving weapons and ammunition sales a specific code to identify their purchases.
- House Bill 221 was reported favorable in the House Commerce Committee today.
House Bill 541 – Motor Vehicle Glass (Representative Griffitts Jr.) – This legislation states that consumers shouldn’t be induced into making insurance claims, should know their windshield needs to be replaced properly, and that their benefits should remain theirs.
- House Bill 541 was reported favorable in the House Commerce Committee today.
House Proposed Committee Bill 23-04 - Insurer Accountability (Representative Duggan) – This bill increases provisions of consumer protection and insurer accountability in Florida.
- PCB COM 23-04 was reported favorable in the House Commerce Committee today.
