CFO Patronis Legislative Update for April 13, 2023

Senate Bill 302 – Government and Corporate Activism (Senator Grall) – This legislation bill will limit the ability of Florida financial institutions to make investment decisions based on ESG standards.

• Senate Bill 302 was reported favorable in the Senate Fiscal Policy Committee today.
  

House Bill 121 – Florida Kidcare Program Eligibility (Representative Bartleman and Trabulsy) – This legislation increases the income eligibility threshold for coverage under the Florida Kidcare program.

• House Bill 121 PASSED in the Florida House of Representatives today.
