CFO Jimmy Patronis Calls on Florida Cabinet to Officially Declare Jerusalem as Capital of Israel

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Florida Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jimmy Patronis sent a letter today to members of the Florida Cabinet requesting that a resolution proclaiming Jerusalem as the eternal and undivided capital of Israel be taken up for consideration at the next Cabinet meeting on Tuesday, January 29.

“This resolution will send a clear message to the world: Florida remains committed to our steadfast relationship with Israel. As a state, we must continue to demonstrate our broad and deep support for our ally and economic partner by implementing pro-Israel policies,” said CFO Jimmy Patronis.
