Department of Financial Services COVID-19 Activity Update

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) provided new updates on Department activities regarding COVID-19.
• The CFO held a call with Florida Fire Chiefs statewide to receive updates on ongoing COVID-19 response from first responders including access to workers’ compensation coverage and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
• The CFO spoke to State Board of Administration (SBA) Executive Director Ash Williams.
• The CFO spoke with Division of Bond Finance Director Ben Watkins.
• The CFO held a call with the Department's Division of Treasury regarding COVID-19 response.
