UPDATE: The City of Tallahassee has been out and cleared the blockage.

Please be advised, we have been made aware a sewer line backup that is extending throughout the entire office park to John Knox, to include the Atrium building.  The Property Manager is currently working with the City of Tallahassee to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, please try and minimize use of water & restrooms to the extent possible. The Property Manager has taken steps to minimize any backups from occurring within the buildings. 

However, if you see anything start to back up in a toilet, water coming up from a drain or anything of the like, please immediately contact: Lori Campbell, Director of Property Management, at 850-242-8681.
