Potential Impacts:

• A Tornado Watch remains in effect for portions of the eastern Florida Panhandle and Big Bend until 11:00 AM EST. This Watch impacts the following counties: Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, and Wakulla.

• Locally damaging wind gusts of 50-70 mph may cause localized power outages, downed trees/limbs, and damage to weak structures (such as mobile/manufactured homes).

• Isolated tornadoes, along the eastern Panhandle coastline and Florida Big Bend this morning, may cause localized greater structural impacts.

• Intense downpours may cause localized pockets of urban/street flooding, mainly over low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* At 845 AM EST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 9 miles north of West Bainbridge to 10 miles east of
Stonemill Creek, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
