Our main office is located in Florida's capital, Tallahassee, at 111 West Madison St in the Claude Denson Pepper building (at the corner of Madison Street and Duval Street intersection). Please call ahead to ensure the employee who is best suited to assist you is available. Our office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern Time.

Contact a field examiner:

Our field examiners are usually on-site conducting inspections, examinations and investigations. It can be difficult to contact a field examiner directly. Consumers and licensees should direct their calls to the Division at (850) 413-3039. The Tallahassee office will assist and will notify the field examiner as necessary.
