Apply to obtain your Training Provider ID Number
IMPORTANT:
You must have a FireTRAQ Student ID Number BEFORE applying for a Training Provider ID Number.
Contact the Florida State Fire College, 352-369-2800 for assistance obtaining your FireTRAQ Student ID Number.
Submit a New Course Approval Request in FCDICE
IMPORTANT:
To request an FireTRAQ Course ID Number for a New Course, you must first login to FireTRAQ, go to Provider. Then, select COURSE APPROVAL REQUEST from the APPLY Drop-down Menu.
In order to STREAMLINE the COURSE APPROVAL PROCESS, the Bureau requires that you attach a completed PLAN OF INSTRUCTION WORKSHEET to your Course Approval Request.
