Apply to obtain your Training Provider ID Number
IMPORTANT:
You must have an FCDICE Student ID Number BEFORE applying for a Training Provider ID Number.

Submit a New Course Approval Request in FCDICE
IMPORTANT:
To request an FCDICE Course ID Number for a New Course, you must first login to your FCDICE Provider Profile. Then, select COURSE APPROVAL REQUEST from the APPLY Drop-down Menu.
In order to STREAMLINE the COURSE APPROVAL PROCESS, the Bureau requires that you attach a completed PLAN OF INSTRUCTION WORKSHEET to your Course Approval Request.
