Senate Bill 302 – Government and Corporate Activism (Senator Grall) – This legislation bill will limit the ability of Florida financial institutions to make investment decisions based on ESG standards.

• Senate Bill 302 was reported favorable in the Senate Banking and Insurance Committee today.
