TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, Florida Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jimmy Patronis announced the appointment of David Powell to the First Housing Development Corporation of Florida Board of Directors.
Charles "David" Powell, Panama City
Mr. Powell is the Director of Mortgage and Business Lending for Innovations Financial Credit Union. Throughout his career, he has held chairmen positions within the Bay County Chamber of Commerce, the Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce, and the Bay County Military Affairs Committee, and he has been chairman for several non-profit organizations. Mr. Powell is a 32-year resident of Bay County, Florida, and a graduate of Florida State University.
