Building Reports and Queries - Session A 

This session is intended ONLY for those with DW/BI Author roles and for those Authors that have spent time in Florida PALM testing creating or modifying queries and report during UAT. The session will not be a “DW/BI basics” course. During the session, the Project team will walk participants through planned exercises, facilitate group discussion, and provide in-person support for agency query or report creation or modification needs.

Participants from agencies should be users who:

• Are currently assigned Author roles in UAT and who will continue to have the Author role after go-live
• Have been in DW/BI since the refresh and have begun creating, modifying or running reports and queries
• Are familiar with your agency’s reporting needs and agency data
• Have reviewed and referenced the Knowledge Center, including:
• Understanding Florida PALM Data for Reporting – New article coming soon
• Reporting Solution
• DW/BI Reports
• Demonstration videos for various DW/BI functions

Participants from agencies should not be users who:

• Will only run DW/BI reports (i.e., Consumers)
• Will only support their own reporting needs and not that of others in the agency
• Have not spent time becoming familiar with the DW/BI solution
