Small Group Market Carrier List
For policies effective on or after January 1, 2024
AFFORDABLE CARE ACT (ACA)
The following are lists of insurers and Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) who advised the Florida Department of Financial Services, Office of Insurance Regulation that they are marketing small group health plans under the ACA effective on or after January 1, 2024. The plans offered by these companies are offered off the exchange. Florida does not have any companies participating in the Marketplace Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP).
Small group health plans are for employers with one to 50 full-time equivalent employees. Self-employed individuals or family-only businesses will be covered through the individual health insurance market.
