Falsified Life Insurance Application

The Department of Financial Services received a complaint from a consumer of unapproved enrollment in an Americo Financial life insurance policy that they never signed up for. The consumer stated that their personal information was improperly used to apply for the policy. If you feel you have been unlawfully enrolled in a life insurance policy, contact the Florida Department of Financial Services at 1-877-MY-FL-CFO (693-5236).
