Educational Workshop
The Florida Deferred Compensation Plan's Educational Workshops are available in-person, as a webinar, or a combination of both in-person and webinar, with a presentation that is approximately 45 minutes. A representative from the Bureau of Deferred Compensation will present an overview of the Plan and invite a designated representative from each Investment Provider (IP). Employees attending an in-person presentation will have time to meet the IP representatives who can assist with new enrollments, existing account changes, and any other inquiries regarding the Plan and its benefits. Employees attending via webinar will be provided information on how to contact regional IP representatives for one-on-one assessments. In addition, a representative from the Bureau of Deferred Compensation can be requested to speak at an agency's event.

Resources to Share with Employees
Designated Investment Provider Representatives
The Florida Deferred Compensation Plan has dedicated regional Investment Provider (IP) representatives exclusively serving the Plan. The Bureau of Deferred Compensation encourages employers to collaborate with designated IP representatives. LMS Training
The Florida Deferred Compensation Plan's Learning Management System (LMS) training course provides a basic overview of the Plan and is an excellent starting point for new employees.
