Medical Case Management Services

The purpose of this Request for Contract Proposals (RCP) is to solicit responses from companies that are qualified and capable of providing effective and efficient Medical Case Management (MCM) Services. 

The procurement of MCM services is exempt from the competitive solicitation requirements of chapter 287, Florida Statues (F.S.), pursuant to section 287.057(3)(e)5., F.S. 

The primary scope of services that are being solicited under this RCP is MCM Services as described in Attachment 2, Statement of Work, of this RCP.
